Overall High School GPA for English Placement
Instructions: If you graduated high school from a US high school within the last 10 years, look at the following table for your class placement. If you don鈥檛 have the overall GPA needed, click either link at the bottom of the page.

*Transcripts (including transcripts with ELL classes) will be accepted for students in 12th grade who are registering before they have received final grades. A final transcript showing overall HS GPA must be provided after final term.
To use for class placement:
- Email a copy of your transcript (unofficial or official) to studentplacement@seattlecolleges.edu.
OR
- Bring a copy of your scores to the Enrollment Services/Registration Desk in the Robert Smith Building.
