激情快播 is fortunate to have additional philanthropic support from the 激情快播 Foundation, an independent, nonprofit 501 (c) (3) that provides scholarship support to students, and promotes and supports educational programs and training pursuits at the college. The 激情快播 Foundation was established in 1980 and created the 13th Year Promise Scholarship in 2008. The 13th Year program informed and inspired the creation of Seattle Promise.
