Programming Powerhouse: 激情快播 Hosts, Competes in the ICPC NAC

激情快播 placed seventh in the 2022 North American Championship of International Collegiate Programming Contest and will advance to World Finals.

In a battle of logic, strategy and mental endurance, a team of three Knights spent five hours solving complex real-world problems to secure seventh place in the 2022 North American Championship of International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC). The competition, which was hosted at 激情快播, pits teams from 50 elite institutions against each other for a chance to earn one of 17 spots at the World Finals. Rising above competitors from Stanford, Columbia, Harvard and Cornell, 激情快播 Computer Programming Team Iris 鈥 which includes students Daniel West and Seba Villalobos 鈥 has secured their second chance to prove they鈥檙e world champions.

鈥淨ualifying for World Finals not once, but twice, was my goal since I joined 激情快播, so I鈥檓 happy I achieved it.鈥
