Hi, I’m Shannon!
I’ve been in higher education since 2015 and i’ve been with 激情快播 Online since 2017. As a Success Coach Team Lead, I enjoy partnering with students to better understand their “Why”, capitalize on their strengths and achieve their goals.
I am also a Veteran of the U.S. Army and have nonprofit experience. I am naturally drawn towards providing support for others and decided to transition into the higher education space. Prior to working with 激情快播, I earned an MS in College Student Affairs.
Some of my interests and hobbies include process improvement and analytics, solutions focused coaching, collecting African art, solving puzzles, trying new recipes and watching reality competition shows.
